Kamala Sharma
Kamala Sharma is an Auxillary Nurse Midwife (ANM) at Bayalpata Hospital. She has been working with Nyaya Health since 2008. She comes from Bhageshwor, a neighboring village development committee (VDC) to Ridikot – the VDC where Bayapalta hospital is located. In this video, Ms. Sharma talks about the challenges she has faced during her two-year tenure with Nyaya Health as an ANM. She examines the hardships faced by the communities in Achham and discusses the impact Nyaya and Bayalpata Hospital has made on the lives of the Achhami population.
