From June 11 – 13, the 14th annual America Nepal Medical Foundation’s conference was held in Flagstaff, Arizona, USA. For the second year in a row, Nyaya was invited to present at the 2010 ANMF conference. Nyaya’s presentation – “Telemedince as Collaborative Medicine” – described Nyaya’s experiences with telemedicine in rural Nepal. You can view the presentation here:
Since its inception in 2006, Nyaya Health has been working to deliver healthcare in rural Nepal. Nyaya’s work in Achham would not be possible without continued support from donors like ANMF. We are grateful for their continued support and for the collaborative effort between ANMF and Nyaya to improve the health conditions in Nepal. Our work with ANMF has led to the expansion of various services at Bayalpata Hospital, especially Nyaya’s community health worker’s program. We look forward to working more with ANMF in the future!
