		<description>This is a very sad story. Thanks for publishing. I&#039;m currently studying the link between droughts and diarrhea (among other diseases) in Tanzania as part of a larger study on climate change, and it is sad to hear that people are struggling with the same things across the ocean. I can&#039;t imagine making the 2.5 hour walk that this woman made in her condition.
