At the “Telemedicine: Future Directions in Service Delivery” Symposium held on April 24 at Bryn Mawr College in Philadelphia, Nyaya board member Duncan Maru presented the innovative ultrasound program Nyaya has deployed in rural Nepal. Conducted in conjunction with Yale’s Emergency Medicine Section and using a GE Logicbook E, Nyaya’s program provides the only ultrasound services in a region spanning over a million people.
